Postage for orders £30 and under is £3.85p
Free postage on orders £30 and over.
Second class registered or Tracked 48 (these will need to be signed for)
Items ready to post will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days
Items made to order will usually be dispatched within 10 to 14 working days
Made to order items that require Hallmarking will take 1 month
For items that are required by a set date please contact me first
During busy periods (Christmas and other holidays) delivery may take longer due to seasonal pressures
Returns
I truly hope that you will love the item of jewellery that you purchased however, if you decide that you no longer want the item that you have purchased please notify me within 14 days of receiving it. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item (s) to me.
All items must be returned un worn, in the original packaging and via the same delivery method that they were sent. You are responsible for the return postage and will be be required to provide proof of postage prior to any refund or redress.
Bespoke order items and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are excluded from being returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
